L&S Initiatives is the brainchild of co-founders, Lacey Segula and Sue Laffan.
We were co-workers in a 2 person office, and we just clicked. We talked about how we would like to make a difference for business owners. Our past experiences had made us what we were now and we both dreamed of working from a laptop, doing zoom meetings; maybe even doing a podcast. We are great at what we do and decided we made a good team. So that was the moment and L&S Initiatives was born.
Lacey is a whiz when it comes to HR/Health & Safety issues. Need to know what needs to be in place, she will get you the answer. Sue loves the Customer Service side, but also is skilled at research, graphics and website creation/maintenance.
